General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

1. Scope These terms govern the sales of products made on the website www.ochotiempos.ch by the company Ocho Tiempos. By ordering on our site, you accept these conditions in their entirety.

2. Products Our cigars are intended exclusively for adults (18+). They are presented with the utmost care, but slight variations may exist due to their artisanal manufacture.

3. Prices Prices are expressed in Swiss Francs (CHF), including all taxes (VAT included). Shipping costs are indicated separately at checkout.

4. Orders The customer guarantees the accuracy of the information provided when ordering. Any validated order implies acceptance of these GTCS.

5. Payment Payments are secured via Shopify Payments, credit card, or TWINT. Banking data is never stored on our site.

6. Delivery We deliver exclusively to Switzerland (for the time being). Orders are processed within 48 business hours. Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the region or period.

7. Right of Withdrawal For hygiene reasons, cigars cannot be returned or exchanged if their packaging has been opened. In the case of a product damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic proof.

8. Limitation of Liability Ocho Tiempos cannot be held liable for consequences related to improper use of the products.

9. Applicable Law These GTCS are subject to Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the Canton of Vaud shall have jurisdiction.
